Lori Willoughby is Professor in the
College of Business (COB) at Minot State University (MSU). In 2002 Lori
received the MSU Board of Regents Faculty Achievement award and 2002
North Dakota Professor of the Year from The Carnegie Foundation for the
Advancement of Teaching and Council for Advancement and Support of
Education. Currently Lori is the Program Director for the Master of
Science - Information Systems and the Master of Education—Business
programs. Along with those duties she teaches Systems Analysis and
Design and Client/Server Database in the undergraduate and graduate
programs. In Feb 2005 she taught E-Business in China for the Southwest
University of Finance and Economics in Chengdu, China. Her research
interests are in virtual collaboration and online education. Lori serves
as President to the IACIS Executive Board. |

Richard McCarthy is a professor of
information systems management and associate dean of the School of
Business at Quinnipiac University. He teaches courses in enterprise
architecture, database management systems, and project
management. He has an active research agenda and has published
numerous research articles in the area of knowledge management,
enterprise architecture and information systems utilization. He
has also contributed to several textbooks. His research was recognized
by IACIS with a Best Research Paper award in 2000 and again in 2004.
He is also a program evaluator for information systems programs
for ABET. Richard serves as Vice President to the IACIS Executive Board. |

During his more than twenty years in
the academic community Alex Koohang has served as Assistant Professor,
Associate Professor, Full Professor, Program Coordinator, Program
Director, Division Head, and Dean. During his academic career he has
assembled a remarkable record of accomplishment. Alex has published and
presented numerous papers. His scholarly activities also include
serving as the editor-in-chief of a refereed journal, serving on the
editorial review board of four IS publications including JCIS, and
actively participating in a few IS/IT organizations. Alex is active in
IS/IT curriculum design and has recently helped design a world-class IT
program for Macon State’s School of IT, leading it to ABET
accreditation. He is the Peyton Anderson Eminent Scholar and was named
the 2009 Computer Educator of the Year by IACIS. Alex serves as
Secretary to the IACIS Executive Board. |

Jean A. Pratt is an
Associate Professor in the Department
of Information Systems at the University of Wisconsin—Eau
Claire. She teaches courses in database and systems analysis and
design. Her research in online instruction was awarded the Best Research Paper
at the IACIS 2001 Fall Conference. Her current research involves the
bibliometric analysis of journal citations. Based on her teaching
effectiveness, she was awarded the 2002-2003 Teacher of the Year for Business Information System. Jean serves as Past President to
the IACIS Executive Board. |

Susan Haugen Behling is
Professor Emerita of Finance and Accounting at the
University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. She has authored
numerous journal articles and professional proceedings in the areas of
accounting information education and teaching online via the Internet.
She has been active in the Accounting honorary society Beta Alpha Psi,
serving as Chapter Advisor and on the national Board of Directors. She was
on the Board of Directors of Royal Credit Union in Eau Claire, which
has assets of $750 million, and is also on the Board of Directors for
MBAA International. Dr. Haugen Behling has served as Secretary, Vice
President, and twice as President of IACIS, and currently serves as
Treasurer and Director of Conference Arrangements on the IACIS Executive
Board. |

Robert Behling is retired Professor of Computer
Information Systems and Chair of CIS at Bryant College in Smithfield,
Rhode Island. He is an active researcher and has published numerous articles
and professional proceedings in areas including MIS, managing technology,
systems analysis and design, project management, and curriculum development.
He served on the original DPMA Model Curriculum Committee and has been
a Visiting Professor at the University of Wollongong, Australia. He has
served as Vice President and President of IACIS. Robert serves as Executive Director to
the IACIS Executive Board. |

as Visiting Scholar at the University of California at Los Angeles and
as a Visiting Professor at the University of Southern Queensland in Toowoomba,
Australia; she has also been named Computer Educator of the Year by IACIS.
